Yup...

[en]

I don't know if I just missed it earlier but I was finishing up "Some like it hot" a few minutes ago and I had to go back to momodi (or however it's spelled) and she had a "Getting started" option I don't remember seeing. I figured it was a tutorial and decided to check it out.

(Choose "Getting started")

(Conversation starts)

[en]

(continue conversation)

[en]

(continue to the choices popup menu)

[en]
[en]
[en]
[en]

.......

I think they forgot something.

What, you think one of the first conversations many players see should actually have the text its supposed to? Psh.

Also, in the intro quest, you get taken to the 'San Sea' tavern, no D. I thought maybe that's what it was called until every other time it was Sand.

Yea, I've noticed a few typos here and there but I had a pretty good chuckle when I saw this.

There is also a Lalafell in Uldah that when you talk to him all he says is [en] and there is a place in your quest journal that says [en]. :)

A lot of the text currently in the game is dev and early translations. I used to do a lot of translation work back in the day, and, no matter what, translations tend to come in at the end. It is very time consuming, and can be frustrating depending on which translation house you work with, or if you are dealing with an independent. But, either way, they appear to still be waiting on some (or they have not yet put them in yet), most likely due to proofing (verifying translated content is there, and appears correctly. Typically done by a native reader working at SE, but not always (a native reader), and is not (typically)validated for grammar or syntax, only to confirm everything is translated, and fits on the screen). Once that is all done, the text should appear updated in game. I would assume we probably will not see all text in the game until the release, and even then, there is probably going to be some bad grammar and/or syntax. I haven't seen one translated program that doesn't have it's oops (all your jokes belong to here).
