Cool. I didn't see anything on Sunday so I thought you guys were done with the podcast. Glad to see it's still going.

Already saw it, I you questioned about the echo thing, I think the CG opening trailer will probably shed some light on it whith the whole guy zoning out in the flashback like moment, experiencing what someone else experienced.

I watch it live, although I'm not too sure of how to feel about mike b and the hate towards xiv, being that you guys host a xiv live show. It's like he goes out of his way, to **** on a game he doesn't like. I want to **** on games he likes, if I have to sit around and listen to his opinion constantly. I find myself only attending the xiv podcast now, twimmo is just too much hate for my tastes, as well as the tor podcast as well. It seems both shows bash xiv too much, and need to concentrate on their games instead. It almost seems to be rubbing off on gary himself, as he surely doesn't have the time to learn about xiv as much as he should. The only reason I say this, is because of me watching him in game, getting killed twice, from mobs he should have noticed were conning red/above his rank to fight. Then after his death, he asks why nobody helped him. We would have to be in a group to do that, but of course, I'm sure he knows this now, lol. Meh, he had way too much going on at that time, to read instructions from other players, using teleports, how to group, where to go, etc etc. I can imagine how rough it can be, and appreciate the podcast anyway.

It was entertaining hanging out with you guys in game, but I surely don't want to party with ya at launch, no offense lmao. I don't want to DIEEEEE. To be honest, I doubt I party with many people at all the first month, unless I know they know how to play/hold hate/etc.

Thanks for being there, k3nz0r You may be the only one there that knows what is up sometimes...

Thanks, dude!

I think it's always important to take the bad with the good. Mikeb may feel differently than you or I, but he's totally entitled to his own feelings about the game. Just like I'm probably sometimes way too forgiving. (Copy pasta, anyone?) ;)

We could probably go on and on and on about how much we love everything about FFXIV, but that wouldn't make for very great discussion. It would get really boring, if you ask me. Gary has PLENTY of good to say about the game. But, if we talk about things that bother us, in addition to things that we're really excited about - it helps start some good dialogue. ****, maybe talking about will even get some changes made to the stuff we're not so stoked on!

Either way, it's a good thing to have balance. There can be no light without dark, etc etc.

I do, however, really appreciate the feedback (as always). I hope we get to play together soon! :D Show 'em how it's done....or something. lol.

Great job Kenzie and Gary, as always! I enjoy your guys' show a lot.

Gary brought up a really good point regarding crafting. In SWG, people could really set themselves apart as a crafter. Their goods would be a cut above the rest from their competition, and they would be very well known.

I'd love to see the crafting system in XIV allow for this sort of thing.

Next week well get to see you dissect the latest trailer, there's so many things you'll want find to kill in it. No nukes in this trailer but the blast at the end can be a neutron bomb.

I'm sorry if I came off as a bit abrasive in my post.

I do like Gary quite a bit, and it does seem like he has a high expectation of this game, as well as I do.

I hope he and yourself, do continue on with this podcast, and give the game an honest chance, which I'm sure you will.

To be honest, I'm just a little upset at how quickly people are jumping on the hate bandwagon for this game. I'm very much interested in this game, because it's not another WoW clone, or another WoW style casual "hold your hand" mmo. I played FFXI for many years, and made many friends, even though it wasn't perfect, it was the perfect game for someone like myself. I can only hope that FFXIV is half of as addicting and challenging that FFXI was.

I'll keep tuning in every Sunday for the XIV podcast. There really isn't reason I shouldn't support a XIV podcast, even if I have to ignore the chat log due to the haters gonna hate.

****, this game is the first game in years I've pre-ordered. Keep up the good work.
