Anyone know if there's macros for casting spells on specified party members (like they had in FFXI) yet? A search of these forums gave me a thousand threads on macros for equipping abilities on job-changes, but I couldn't find any for anything as simple as targeting, assisting, etc (and /target and /assist do nothing...)

Using /aoe lets you toggle your spell between aoe and single target only, but as for more specific targeting, I am not sure.

If you go to Configuration and look at Keyboard controlls, I think on one of the tabs it mentions that while TAB cycles through all targets (players, enemies, allies) that some keys will cycle through enemies only or party members only. Can't remember what tho (im at work and can't check)

you can bind a key to scroll through party members, friendly npcs, and everyone. those are the 3 bindable targeting keys.

the OP is asking about macros

well i played around with this, apparently <p0>(which is yourself) through to <p5> work to state who is in that party slot but it doesnt work for targeting an action on them.

/action "Cure" <me> works for casting on myself (just make sure i have AOE on)
/action "Cure" <p1> doesnt work

mind you "/p Hey <p1>" shows up as "Hey Playername" in 2nd party slot.

Not sure why they would allow <p1> to work enough for grabbing the player name but not for targeting purposes.

I tried toying around with things, but had no luck.

However, the macros for re-equipping skills works like a charm and helps a ton when wanting to mine/gather or what-not on the fly.
