Techpowerup does the best reviews of video cards. This is a review for GTX 450's in SLI, but the reviews always have benchmark comparing it to other GPUs so you can still check out other cards on it.

God dammit. God a new Vid Card, new PS to power it, and apparently the PS doesn't have this little tiny two wire, three pin plug my old PS had and so I have nothing to plug in there.
Weeeaaak.

And I don't have a car to run back to Computer Stop. grr.

I'm a little confused. First off, which card did you buy, and what PSU did you buy? Most GPU's these days have either a 6 pin PCI-E power plug, an 8 pin, 2 6 pins, etc. I find it odd that your old PSU had this wire you speak of to plug into a new graphics card.

I got a ATI 5750. The PSU was some Rhino 450w. I don't have the money now to rebuild everything and a new pc, so I just wanted something to get by, in the game. The old PSU was only 350w. The new PSU is Rhino ATX 12v, the old was Antec SP-350. And Idk what the MB is, but there is a 20+4, obviously, then a little three pin thing... in the corner, the old PSU had a wire for it, new one doesn't. Pics help? I can upload some if it will.

Yes pics would be nice if you could provide them. Or do you have the motherboard manual to see what that particular item is? If not, most motherboards actually have it written on the physical board itself if you look closely enough. I don't recall any of my recent PC builds have a 3-pin wire. There is the 20+4 you mention, then sometimes motherboards require a 4 pin (2x2) which is for the CPU I believe. Have you tried plugging in the 20+4, your GPU and your HDD's/CDROMs to see if it works? Worst case scenario it just won't boot. You're not going to damage anything by trying.

The 20+4 is plugged in, along with another 4 on the other side.

For some reason, neither my phone or mac is uploading to photobucket. Um, I'm gonna keep trying, or I can email them to you. idk.

The little 3 pin on the old GPU was most likely the MOBO fan controller for the GPU, the new GPU's fan probably is just run by the OS/driver for GPU.

Don't worry about it too much but if you are just hook the 3 pin to case fan pin or extra fan pin on MOBO.
