Relentless is a FFXIV Guild on the Saronia server. It consists of mature players focused lvling, crafting, and when the time comes end-game raiding, while also enjoying the other activities FFXIV provides. We strive to have a guild that is recognized and respected by everyone on Saronia primarily for being mature, calm, knowledgeable players that always try to "do the right thing."

Our long-term goal is to run all of the end-game instances. Our strategy for achieving that goal includes:

* Seeking new members
* Leveling our existing members
* Acquiring the appropriate professions and recipes
* Obtaining the best gear possible
* Expanding our class coverage

We have an organized, easy-to-use website ( http://therelentless.guildlaunch.com) that allows us to track our progress as a guild and keep our efforts focused on moving forward. We also have a Ventrilo server.

Our officers will strive to be as open as possible with any decisions that affect the entire guild. Whenever possible, guild member input will be solicited before big decisions are made.

We do not require our members to perform specific tasks or to pay a tax in order to remain in the guild. We do not require specific class builds in order to join/ only end game rading will most likey require specific builds.

We try to maintain a friendly, helpful guild atmosphere free from unnecessary stress and drama. We do not tolerate comments that are meant to belittle or degrade other players.

We have a firm set of looting rules that cover a wide variety of looting situations and which should prevent most forms of loot drama.

Our officers are committed to trying to resolve disputes fairly after hearing from all parties. They will remove guild members who continually cause unnecessary stress or drama in the guild.

i'll think about it.. should probably start looking into joining one sometime sooner then later. just would like to figure the game out some more first.. and be less crappy of a player before i really start looking into one.
