From all the post, how many people are worried that their pc won't run ff14 or about the billing issue or anything else?

I'm more worried that come tomorrow, all the good information to be found in the general forum will be washed away behind 5 pages of anxiety and fretting over nothing, but that's just me.

Mikhalia: and FWIW, my posts are 95% helpful, informative, or funny.
Mikhalia: only 5% or less of my posts are utter crap.
Tyapex: 393 posts of utter crap...
Mikhalia: Sounds about right.

i know my pc will run it, i have all my billing straightened out, and im STILL worried.... worried the game might give me some error message even though i ran beta fine! worried the gamestop store wont have my copy there (was to worried to call today!) worried that the download update will encounter some unforseen firewall error.... worried that i might not even make it home from the gamestop cause i live in a rough neighborhood and might get mugged for my copy! I havnt been this worried since the first time i asked a girl out wayyyy back when, actually this launch may even have me more worried, i only had my eye on her for a couple weeks, not a couple years like FFXIV!

please god just let everything work out for me !

From what I understand, Square Enix said if anything the retail version of the game will be a tad bit smoother than Beta, correct? If so, my PC ran beta just fine so I think I should be A-ok.

Naw, only the last month or so when the open beta started and the trickle of goofballs grew to a stream. Now that release is around the corner, the stream has become a raging torrent and people, all hopped up on said goofballs, might just lose it. Before that it was just speculation and whining and not a lot of good info to pass around anyways on account of the NDA.

Give it a month. Maybe two. Everyone's goofball levels will be more or less balanced for (or adapted to) and then they'll all of a sudden realize they have no idea wtf they're doing and the anxiety and fretting will be replaced by pages upon pages of , "How do you...???" and "Help! Can't figure out...!!!"

Sooo...ya. You uhh...you want a goofball?

Was in beta so know PC with the new card runs game fine.
Have heard of click and buy, and also used to games using a dedicated 3rd party for payment.
Getting standard edition and letting everyone else stress for the inital days.

So nope not worried, very chilled :)

Was worried before but not anymore. I had some serious video card problem with the beta but after doing a clean reinstall of everything and getting new drivers I got the beta running flawlessly :)

The only thing I was worried about was if I'd have issue with the game not arriving, or them not knowing... until 30 seconds ago when EB called up said.. we have it.. no you have to wait until we open tomorrow.. but we did get short shipped. (Needless to say... I'll be there before they open)

Actually not worried about the game running any longer after some key upgrades to my PC. So I'm excited to be picking my CE copy tomorrow.

Unfortunately... I incurred some extra charges on my CC and ended up maxing my CC out, but didn't realize this till I tried to set up the CaB account. So I quickly fixed the CC issue, though... the changes won't reflect for at least 2 days which will cause me to miss login in till the financial absentmindedness gets resolved.

Spent a big chunk of cash upgrading my PC and buying the game only for what is essentially 5 measly bucks to stop me in my tracks.

Oh well let that be a lesson learned lol.
