Guild leve changes, can you still have 8 and 8?Follow

So, with some of the confusion earlier with SE's wording of leve changes, can anyone confirm yet...

Are you still able to have 8 regional, and 8 local separately?

So does that mean, they lowered the cooldown but nerfed what we could have, thus nullifying what we wanted in the process? Again though, I am trying to get in-game confirmation as I have seen mis-communications from SE before.

I'm a being a bit cautious about it myself. I translate it as "You can only carry 8 at a time instead of 16 like in beta, but you can now exchange successful leves until there are none left that you haven't attempted. Then once the 36 hour window passes you can do it all over again."


Honestly, with a static group with which to leve share, 36 hours will likely seem like nothing.

Yea, I am just waiting to get tired and trying leech information on the things that are irking at me, I am hoping its as you stated too, but hoping its NOT what I stated before. In any case, I expect the guild leve system to change several times before finding its sweet spot.

They only reduced the cooldown by half a day? I thought they said it was going to be "significantly" shorter or something like that.

They can still easily change it if they feel like it though. Since the game is now retail and not beta I feel they want to see how their full player population feels about a 36 hour cool-down after they actually get to play the game and experience it for themselves.

75% of old timer is significantly shorter, isn't it?

leve runs twice in 3 days, I am ok with that lets see how it goes. plenty of time to adjust

16 leves every 1.5 days is plenty, imo. Too much any no one will party or share leves. I was just worried I would have to make a sacrifice Battleleves for solo Crafting leves since you can't share these.

Perhaps I wasn't playing right in beta, but I barely ever did all 8 of my regional leves in two days. I appreciate the fact that it has been lowered a bit, but that it's still a significant amount of time between resets. I honestly don't want to this game to completely revolve around guildleves. It would get awful boring doing the same exact quest every day (wow dailies anyone?). I personally enjoy getting a few linkshell buddies together and heading out in a hunting party. Grind in moderate doses can be fun.

He just did 8 crafting leves and then accepted a few battle leves. So totally confirmed now you can do 16 every 36 hours.

Side note: I think they may have buffed the crafting leves. Previously they gave you enough mats to do the required synths plus an additional synth, now it seems you get two additional synths. (not 100% sure of this yet as the feed is in japanese)

On a side note; I didn't know you couldn't "trade in" or return accepted levequests either. I figured you could.
