I know this may seem to be a strange request, but I'm trying to pull up the lodestone website in Japanese, and can't for the life of me figure out how to change it.

Anyone else in Japan have any ideas?

It depends on how they have the site setup.

First thing to try is set your computer to japan's time zone. Delete all of your cookies and check.

My timezone has already been set to Japan's since I'm living here. :( And no go with deleting cookies, browsing history, etc.

United States. Didn't think I'd have to change regions since most sites seem to detect where I'm surfing the web from.

For those who need to change the lodestone website's language, it's all about browser configuration.

FIREFOX:
Go to Tools>Options>Content (Not sure of the translation for this one, got mine in french)

Put the desired language on top of the list, apply and refresh the page. The website will change its language.

CHROME:
Go to Options > Advanced Options Tab

There will be a section called "Web Content" and a button called "Modify parameters related to policy and language" (or something like that)

Then put the desired language on top of the list, apply and refresh the page. The website will change its language.

There you go, I hope it'll help.

Thanks. Rate up.

edit:
Thought I add the steps for Internet Explorer:

Tools -> Internet Options -> Register: General -> Button 'Languages'

Add your desired language and move it to the top. Voila!
