Stuck at Billing, Help plzFollow

Unfortunately the credit card details that have been entered are not valid, please check the credit card number and expiry date or alternately use another card. Please note that your credit card's billing address needs to correspond with the country you have chosen for your registration. i check everything, need help getting card excepted....

Your bank is blocking international transactions, just like mine, because apparently the billing is done in the United Kingdom. I forced it to do the Crysta thing, which is free for this month. That will get you in-game, and allow you time to contact your bank and set up a waiver to allow that specific transaction to go through.
