All is well this night around Camp Bearded Rock and Camp Skull Valley on the Wutai server;)

It was rough going for a short time. When I ran out of Battlecraft Leves for my Marauder, I had to resort to running in the Mole Valley, back and forth, back and forth, competing for blue and green moles(because some people were camping the heck out of the flies...no one must have told them that other mobs are dropping fire crystals now;)

Once the Puk Hatchlings turned yellow to me, it was pretty clear sailing from there, until I got distracted by mining(because I wanted a few more physical levels in before I take anymore combat classes up, so I have more ability/action points available).

Lag was rare, swapping jobs is no longer a pain, as they fixed the buttons needing reloading with job changes(Thank you, SE!), and luck seems to be more on my side in the crafting department this time around;)

My server was loaded with random people named after food products, **** stars, drug refernces, and I even saw Allakhazam!

All in all, a good launch day!

How many hours did you play today to accomplish all of this?

=( Hope a spot clears open for you soon.

I was one of the lucky ones with no launch day horror stories.

By this do you mean the Trait list where you can assign actions to buttons? It still seems the same to me as beta, in that when I assign them and switch to another job and back, they don't reload again. I have to do the old 'eaction 3 "Skewer"' macro trick if I want this actions to come back when I switch to that class.

Am I not understanding something?

That's odd. Mine aren't removed when I change between Conjurer and Fisher. Fisher is lower level and so I don't have to assign as many skills in my macro, and so the ones that aren't swapped out when Fisher is equipped stay the Conjurer spells.

If you didn't overwrite it with another job skill, it will stay there gray out.

For example 3 is your Skewer. You switch to Archer with Puncture on 3, Puncture overwrite Skewer, obviously. However, if your Puncture is 4 and nothing overwrite 3, Skewer will stay there.

So in that case when I switch back to Lancer, Skewer will be back in the number 3 slot instead of Puncture? And it will remember where each one is based on the class without the need for 'eaction' lines in your macros?
Maybe I wasn't paying attention. I'll try it again tonight.

yes, just don't overwrite any actions, and they won't disappear now. That's what I was talking about. Much easier to switch jobs now, and not have to wait to kill things or harvest things, etc.
