Go on the chat bar and press ctrl+r

After opening the chatbar and you have already sent/received a tell. you can hit CTRL+R

slightly off topic, but I want ppl to know and stop complaining about how difficult it is to send a tell.... your friends list (not sure about LS list) is in the tab menu...therefore if you're trying to send a /tell to John Smith, type in /t Joh <tab> and select John Smith...works great for those hard to spell long names out there.
