So I am Rank 12 Conjurer and Level 18 Physical, I have been rank 12 for a long time and I am almost 13. Today I figured I would get 13 easy after Leve reset, Boy was I wrong, I did 6 DoW leves all rank 10 and barely got 500 conjurer points. Am I missing somthing here or is it suppose to take forever to lvl up your actual Rank. I don't even feel like playing right now becuase all I want to do is level up my conjurer and I can't do it.

EDIT: I know you only get DoW point by using the default atk and thats all i really ever use. And btw, why would they do that, they give each DoW class all these abilities but if you dare use them in battle you wont level up. >.<

Sorry, but you're wrong. You get rank xp from ANY offensive skill you use. Skills usually even give you more, because they hit harder.

Dumb question but have you entered fatigue status yet?

I think what they are doing is making Rank 1-10 easier and 11-?? much more difficult. I noticed a lot of people were Ranking/Leveling up a lot faster than in Beta.

I have gotten Conjurer Skill Points from attacks other than Spirit dart (mainly fire), but VERY rarely. I don't think I have hit fatigue and don't know how to find out if I have or not, it has not said any of my points are being put into surplus. I have seen a lvl 19 glad on my server so I'm not sure how he could get to that point without hitting surplus and me already be at it (I think that is what the whole fatigue system is suppose to prevent anywho). After all is said and done though, All I am really concerned with right now is leveling my Conjurer, and appearantly to do so I have to grind for 2 days from 13-14 while nabbing a few 100 conjurer points every hour. God knows leves are usless, maby a little boost every 36 hours but other than that its a bust. I really hate to complain too because I was so for the game and never thought I would turn into one of QQs. I suppose I'll just have to be patient though and hope they come up with some changes cuz this is NOT fun.

Stop solo grinding and party, you'll get much more this way.

Just got into fatigue territory with my rank 17 conjuror, i think 12 is still a bit to early.

Make sure you are fighting decent enough monsters and that the battle doesn't end to quick, if it does you won't get much rank exp. also you might want to not use shock spikes, it does damage to the monster but you get no rank exp from the damage.

I have to agree with the OP here. Level 11 THM here and leves seem to give me next to nothing. Sure, when the skillup procs I get 3x-4x as much as I normally would, but given that the mobs also die a lot quicker I am only seeing one or two procs per leve, meaning I am not actually that much, if at all, better off than just grinding out regular mobs.

Ok, so I get a bit of gil which is nice :) But I am hardly flying up the levels. Also FYI, I took PUG from 1-10 in just over an hour and a half. 1-10 on THM, including leves, took nearly 5. There is definitely something a miss.

Yea same thing with me. I've partied and soloed five star leves. I even fought a yellow mob and almost died and didn't get 1 skill point on my THM. Meanwhile I took GLA to lvl 7 in one hour, getting skill points on every fight. Spamming Spirit Dart seems to be the best way.

I just hit rank 10 on my Conjurer tonight. You definitely do get skillups from spells. I was focusing on yellow/orange puk hatchlings from rank 8-9 (then all of a sudden a lot of them went blue at 9 D:). Spell -> Spirit Dart -> spell -> Spirit Dart. I didn't see skillups as often from the spells but when I did, they were typically almost double what I was getting from Spirit Dart. I had no difficulty at all progressing through the ranks.

Where people are coming up with the theory that Spirit Dart is the only thing that gives skillups I have absolutely no idea, so imma be blunt. If you can't be bothered to test things thoroughly before you jump to conclusions and ruin your own gameplay experience, this game probably isn't for you. There are so many half-baked theories floating around, no doubt started by people who assumed things to be one way and when they found out it was different they just decided nothing worked and it was time to *****.
