vid card issueFollow

hmm ran furmark on my pc to stress test my pny geforce 465 gtx after overclocking it further but seems my 3dmark scores went down by 4000 points. did i damage my vid card? it passed furmark too

Are you sure the drivers aren't throttling it down due to temps?

i doubt it, if 3dmark runs without crashing or artifacting you should be ok, something els must have caused your score to go down. even a damage video card can perform benchmark wise on par with a undamaged video card, considering it still works.

i even put it back to the old overclock i was running at same thing i even tried stock speed only got 9k on it, now its running at 47c idle compared to 37-39c when i first got it

any ideas of what could have gone wrong? or did furmark damage my card?
