I`d like to be self sufficent. So my question is does anyone have any idea which crafting profession is best for all around repairing. I know different ones for different gear. But just in general.
Thanks

Well, I'd have to say carpentry, as most shelves are made from wood.

My friends and I love puns and we were going to open a DIY home improvement store called Shelf Sufficent.

On topic, you have to look what the item is made of.

Bone Hora works with bone, and needs a bone chip for repair so its under goldsmithing.

Check and see what the item used for repair is and go with that.

I'd have to agree. Granted we have not Mog Houses so where would you put a shelf?

To get a true answer...it depends on your main that you are leveling as each one requires different crafts...though I've never noticed any real skill other then having the right crafter main and the repair item needed to do a repair.

Yeah I think you JUST need to have the right tool equipped and the repair item. No skill necessary....AFAIK.

I hope this helps.

Seriously though, armorer is going to be big I think. But it really depends on what the item is made of. Leather, then it's going to be leathercrafting. Cloth = weaver. There will probably be a market for everything, but if you want to be "self sufficient" you should go with the craft that you think will benefit the class you will be playing as. Gladiator, Maurader, (Lancer?) will probably be Armorer/Goldsmith. Archer, (Lancer?), Pugilist, will be Leather. Casters = Weaving.

That's an awesome looking shelf.

Edit: Trolls don't hijack threads, spelling errors do.
