Sorry if this is old hat, I used search and could not find my answer.
I activated my FFXI Playonline Content ID (not a free trial). I registered my SE account, then my FFXIV CD key, then linked my Playonline ID to my SE account.
I installed and updated my game. I made a new character.
I do not have Hermes' Boots.
I submitted a ticket, contacted support via email, and after no responses I called SE who told me they can't help right now.
Has anyone had an issue with obtaining their perk items? Has anyone had this issue and had it resolved?
