I bought the collector's edition especially for the possibility to play before september 30th. I started playing on sept 23th and had to stop on 28th because of a bug created on the maintenance/update of september 28th. I tried everything the tech support page says and when i sent a 4th or 5th email asking for help, they asked me to call them instead.
I live in Montreal and english is only my second language. I do not feel like paying a fortune in long-distance call, try to speak english well enough to be understood with the certainty that they won't be able to help.
I will wait for my free play period to end and will probably disable my account after that. Great job Square-Enix in wasting months of looking forward to your game.
