hey guys,
so I scored abysmally low on the benchmark... 251... my heart was shattered T_T. I did not think my computer was this bad, can anyone tell me what exactly I would need to do to push it up a few notches?

Thanks in advance

Your graphics card is bork. Those are integrated are they not? Regardless, you need to change your GPU for sure. Great budget choice is an ATI 5770, they cost about £120 and are pretty powerful cards considering the cost. Upper range you should be looking at an nVidia 460, which will set you back around £200.

Get yourself a good cooling fan for your CPU and clock it up to 3ghz. Should be quite reasonable to do on that CPU.

Hi,

I agree with the other poster. You will need a video card upgrade to play the game. The G100 only has 8 CUDA cores and is meant to be used for media acceleration not gaming. The ATI Radeon 5770 is a good value as is the Nvidia GTX 460. Don't forget to ensure that you have a power supply that can provide enough juice for a new card.

Your processor is a bit low but it should be playable as long as everything else is up to speed so no major worries there unless you wanted all the settings on high. Your video card as mentioned before is really low. That is the main thing killing your score methinks. I'm pretty sure if you bought the game and installed that that card would never even try to run the game it would just crash. The post before me had some good suggestions for cost effective vid cards. Good luck!

Make sure you have a PCI-E x16 slot to put a video card in before you buy one. Looks like a Dell job to me, you might not even have a slot in which case you need a new board. Also, you probably don't have a good enough power supply if this was a pre-built machine with integrated graphics.
