Bug: mobs inappropriately regenerating HPFollow

Has anyone else come across a problem where because of mob pathing or whatever reason, an engaged mob will try to move back to its position before it was engaged and then regenerate its HP nearly instantly?

I've only come across this using Conjurer since combat may be at ranged attack, but it's annoying to have to beat a mob 180% of its HP (although it's good for skillups lol).

yeah. The game is cheating.

It is especially fun when you're fighting wights... nothing like having to kill the same overpowered wight the equivalent of 4 times. Yep. Good times.

When it comes to sitting around not doing anything for long periods of time, only being active for short windows, and marginal changes and sidegrades I'd say FFXI players were the perfect choice for politicians.

I've had the same issue as an archer. I've noticed it might be due to you attacking outside of its leash area. It almost seems like the mob tries to reset but you attack it and cause it to reattack you. When I see the mob gaining exp I usually charge the mob and start trying to get distance in another direction and It doesnt happen anymore. It always happens when I attack at max range and try to backup from my original attack point so this is why i think it might be an issue with your location vs the mob's spawn point.
