I'm sure it has been answered but if we skill up another discipline can we use the actions we learn on another job? For example, can I learn Second Wind from PUG to GLAD job?

Yes there are many skills that are Usable by multiple classes, it lowers the effect of the skill when using it on something other than its optimal class, similar to different types of armor. I do believe there are some that are class specific not sure which ones though. Second wind I know is usable by Multiple.

Just keep checking the describtion of a skill. If it's limited to its related class it will say so. Otherwise it will just say it's usable by DoW / DoM. Even mage skills can be used on a fighting class. If a certain skill is effective enough for you...well, it's all up to you. Just take what suits your playstyle and see where it gets you. If you don't like a skill on your class, can always replace it with another.

Me's mainly a lancer mixed with marauder and pugilist skills, works out pretty good so far.

What they said. I'll add that the ability will be at around half potency on a different class. Second wind might heal your PUG for 180. It'll heal your archer for like 90.

Thanks guys! I'm really starting to see the point in leveling other jobs besides the obvious. I know we dont get a subjob and now I see why
