My biggest peeve at the moment, is the fact you can not sort your inventory, manually, or automatically.

I was just wondering whether there's been any information in regards to this, as it is quite simply the thing most annoying thing at the moment for me. I even went and inventory danced with my Retainer just to make it just a little organized.

Oh, also one thing I noticed... There's absolutely no way to send items to your other characters, without utilizing a middle man, which is... annoying.

There aren't any in the first 3 pages. And my main reason for posting a new thread is I was after information on whether SE has stated anything about it.

They recently did the whole crafting thing, and I figured perhaps they've done another in regards to the basic UI problems, which I may have missed or otherwise.

I realize this board is full of complaints and questions now, but really, what else can you expect, and what else could we really talk about, due to the significant lack of content right now?

You can manually sort your inventory, and it's a major pain... Put items you want at the bottom of your list in bazaar then remove them...

Enjoy your ban - that's not the way SE intended you to do things, you're screwed.

now i wasnt there for launch of xi so im kind of a noob in this regard but....

were people really progressing through any substantial "content" other than leveling/grinding in the first 2 weeks? iv been playing wow for the last 4+ years and i can tell you nobodys doing any "content" after a new expansion launch for quite some time.

can we stop crying about the lack of content since even if it existed we wouldnt be high enough level to experience it?

So you agree that there isn't much to talk about due to the lack of content? Nobody's crying about it, but you seem to be crying about people mentioning it in passing.

Why do people keep bringing up the retarded "DERP DERP FFXI LAUNCH" canard? That was 10 years ago, and Square's first attempt at a MMO. They -should- have learned from their mistakes and launched with a fully functional game. It isn't like its their first time at bat, they knew what to expect.

Inventory sorting is also my biggest gripe, second would be if you are chatting to someone doing ANYTHING ends the message.

Though I think

FFXIV will help

my typing speed because

trying to fit messages

in between trying to craft

stuff, will force me to

learn to type faster or

lose messages.

Also crafting it seems like there is way too much "confirming" to craft something - after I have selected my items and click main hand and choose what item I want to craft and then confirm that item again just start the crafting, don't make sure I know how many crystals I am using :P

In regards to craft-chatting, if a message you are typing gets interrupted, simply press SPACE to open up the chat again and press the UP key and it will retrive your half written sentance for you to finish.

OMG. Are you serious?

*facepalm*

Now I feel like a moron... kinda like a LS member who didn't know about teleporting..

Me - I'm going to TP to bentbranch. I'm lazy and don't want to walk
Her - How do you teleport?
Me - What, are you serious? HAHAHAHA You've been walking everywhere this past week?!
Her - Yes...
Me - hahahaha (tells her)
Her - Ohhh... quiet you before I punt your taru **** into next week

Good times ;)

rofl i highly doubt SE will ban anyones account for using this method to reorganise their bags, kind of like moving unremovable abilities by swapping them with movable ones

or u can use your retainer =] its alot easier ^^
