Quick Question for Action BarFollow

I could have sworn SE said that your action bar would be saved. But every time I switch jobs, it resets or keeps things from other jobs and eventually has just 1 or 2 skills in it.

Other then using macros to keep them, is there a way for it to be remembered with an in-game option? Tried the forum search but couldn't find a clear answer :(

Thanks in advance.

Like Final Fantasy XI, the game specs will be extremely high for the time, but in about 5 years, an average machine can run it on max settings with little to no issues. Tanaka also expressed interest in making a benchmark program available.

When you switch jobs do you have enough points for everything in your action bar?

I think that happened to me once when I switched to conjurer from thau.

Just make a macro to switch jobs and populate your action bars as you see fit per job class. Easiest way

Ooooh maybe not, I had assumed what SE meant was if I have 5 skills on conjurer then go to lancer and set that up. The moment I got back to conjurer I have those conjurer skills back on my bar I used before... unless that's wishful thinking >.>

Not sure it works like that, when I switched to Con from Thau Thau was rank 8 and con was 1.. and I was able to "put" a bunch of con spells on my bar (think because of all the lag early - this was D2 and I was in the CE group)

Anyhow all the Conj except like 2 disappeared...

I'd recommend to just make a macro to swap item and do the first 9 spells of your action bar (since macros have 10 lines) save you tons of time in the long run so you aren't swapping your bars around each time you change a class.
