Between the disciples of magic (Conjurer and Thaumaturge). which one do you prefer to be a killer character? Because I would prefer killing an enemy rather than supporting my allies.

You need both.
The whole point of 14 is to mix and match class abilities to come up with a unique combo.
Going DoM simplifies it since you only have two class's currently to worry about.
Your gonna cap both, and since there is a xp slowdown, you will probably be forced to lvl something else anyways.Might as well be the other mage.

I'll prefer the specialization that will get the job done.
I am a disciple of magic, my goal is to master all the magic disciplines.
So I can either use conjury to blast my enemies into pieces or thaumatargy to make them suffer a lot while dying.
