First things first, that video card "Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics" will not run this game. So now that that's out of the way, this part of the error "Fault Module Name:msvcrt.dll" indicates something with the Visual C++ Run-Time.

Did you install the latest DirectX, noting that Windows 7 does not come with the standard DirectX 9 Installed, only 10/11.

But again, that video card is a no go, if you still want to try, make sure you install DirectX. I'm pretty sure the runtime is installed already or with the game.

EDIT: Update, the error is due to the game not finding a compatible GPU.

You need a proper standalone video card.

Well your computer might not be able to handle another card, what type of power supply does it have and what type of cables are with it?

If you have the dual power cables for a video card then you can get a 4780 which I have and it runs fine, just might need to get an extra fan in the case.

Carl - "Shhhh, do you hear that? That is the sound of forgiveness."
"That is the sound of people drowning Carl."
Carl - "That is what forgiveness sounds like, screaming and then silence."

Radeon HD 5770 at the low end. Based on how cheap that system sounds though, your power supply probably can't support it.

You're screwed man.

220W PSU
It also looks like a SFF(Small Form Factor) PC, aka no decent card will fit as they are too tall.

That pretty much looks like a "Surf the net, use office and watch some movies" PC

If you are limited by form factor you might try this card. It comes with a low profile bracket so you may still be able to fit it in your computer. However, you will need to upgrade your power supply as well to at least 450 watts. Also bear in mind that while this will allow you to play the game, the performance will not be very high.
