I got this on last Friday without any reason. I went to support center. They asked me phone call them on Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm PST. Today I called them and the rep. said they can do nothing with this issue. I have to ask GM online after suspension.
I am a normal player. I did not use any bug because I played a warrior.I usually play 4-6 hours everyday after work. I confused why SE suspension account without any reason and time telling. I went to support centre to ready the suspension policy. It said the suspension has 3 types which is 24,48,72 hours. Now its 4days and still cant be reactived.
I regretted to buy this game for $75. I have played MMORPG for 10 years. and Se is the worst one on custom service.
Now i dont care when they allow me to reactive my account. I dont wanna play this game next month. I just spent $75 to feed my dog.
