Would you not be holding frequent, or at least have held ONE major press conference
addressing ALL of the problems and what you plan to do about it?
I run a cabinet finishing company and deal with customers all day. I couldn't imagine
hearing customers complaints and to hear that they are unhappy with a product I finished,
and not do anything about it. I dont understand what they are thinking.
I think the best course of action at this point would be to release a statment that they
apologize for the state the game was released in, extend the trial period for at least two
months (or until the bugs are fixed and inventory sort, player search function, AH or searchable
market wards, and the UI is cleaned up) at the minimum, and state what they're plan of
action is to fix these problems with some sort of time frame.
I have been a square fan my entire life, but after the release of this incomplete pile of
crap and then the neglect of all of their customers, I'm not so sure I can even call myself
Would you guys not be all over this? I mean after the terrible feedback, the terrible reviews,
you would think they would at least address the public. You would think at this point they would
at least try to smother the fire and try to not let the people with some hope for the game go also.
