I just bought the game but I havent opened it yet. I would like some answers b4 I plunge in. I connect to the internet using a 3g card my ping on most games is around 110-120ms but my download rate is way slower than cable about 500kbp. Can i run this game ok? My computer is easily within the required specs. Also ive read a ton of bad reviews on the game but im more interested in is it easily playable with only a few bugs and glitches? I can wait for content but I want to know if it plays ok now.

Move on to a different game. I started to type more, but stopped short in trying to save you time. Check back at a later time to see if the game is worth playing.

Id say play and make up your own mind. I enjoy the game quite a bit. I wish people would stop Trolling the forums, on a fan site dedicated to the game, to tell them not to play the game

do you normally play games that every review site known to man has rated 4 out of 10?
then go for it.

You already bought the game, just test it out for yourself. The first month is free.

If you are OK with 5 second lag when selling items or interacting with NPC's then by all means, don't pay attention to the Troll that is telling you not to cross the bridge. If you are OK with a really bad UI design, then please press on. If you are convinced by fans who call others Trolls, then we all know what price you will pay to cross the bridge. It's either blood or money.

I'd suggest coming back later. The game needs a lot of tuning now before it is really worth your time. You won't regret it if you come back to a polished product come, say, February. ^^

Better come back in 6 months when they done some updates.
Than you still have your free month and can you have a good go.

Now its only a waist of your money.

From the new outcoming games is FFXIV scoring by far the lowest in scores in the last 2-3 years, that proberble have to come from somewhere.
