Looks like it's around 19MB. I wonder when we'll be getting patch notes this time. I'd love to start seeing them display after completing the update.

There were 3-4 downloads I believe and one of them was a "decent" size.

Honestly, I sort of expect it to be some sort of Halloween stuff >_>;

Done in less then 15 seconds @ 500 kb/s, Not very encouraging. I wish they would post the notes before and not after, now I'm going to worry about it for next two and half hours.

A festival this early would be nice, But I think they will wait till everyone has settled in the game first.

Edit: Confused zam XI message for an XIV news update. Erroneous information removed to avoid further confusion

I really wouldn't get my hopes up about it being anything game changing.

A festival this early would be annoying, seeing as they have far more important things to work on right now. I could tolerate one over Christmas if they've fixed most of the issues by then and only if it's Twinkling Treants.

I would wager a guess that we'll see a much more substantial patch next week as an attempt to keep all those CE subscriptions from letting go of their accounts on the 22nd.

I hope so. I don't want to be one of the CE subscriptions that lets go of their acount. But I can't see paying to play this game the way it is now.

Agreed; No festivities, celebrations or merrymaking of any kind until we can AT LEAST sort our **** inventories.
