[Archer] LF; Bow and Armor above level 21Follow

Hey, so I was wondering if anyone here knows someone or has Armor that would suit an Archer, maybe even a bow (the Willow bow is boring).

I've pretty much searched every city, camp and shouted in all of them searching for these things and no one seems to have any. If you are interested in crafting these things for me, I will pay you for the item and the work and provide the materials needed if not buy them.
