Action Macro on Hotbar?Follow

Okay, I might be missing something obvious, but how do I equip an action macro to my hotbar? Maybe the question is "can I"?

Say I want to cast Stoneskin and Shock Spikes at the same time. If I create that sequence in the CNTRL-20 position in my macro area, can I somehow get that to live on Key-10 on my hotbar so it's easy to find before I start a battle?

Macros are a way to bypass the action bar.

So you can put Stoneskin and Shock Spikes on your action bar, and click on one then the other to cast them.

You can create a macro bound to Ctrl+1 that will cast them both for you, and activate it by pressing Ctrl+1.

You can't set a macro on your action bar.

Make sense?

Which is just stupid. God forbid the user wanted to activate their own macros with 0-9.

The way i got around this way to create macros with my nostromo to simulate ctrl/alt + the appropriate keypress. At least then i can activate macros without having to hold down a modifier key. Its taken those macros as well as AutoHotKey to create a somewhat adequate control scheme for me.

that's what i was afraid of/figured would be the answer - no hot-keying macros the main bar. thanks for the affirmation anyways!
