We own and recruit from this LS directly and collaborate with many helpful people on Wutai. It is a no requirements LS. All are encourage to apply for consideration to be a part of the team regardless of past experience or time-based restrictions.
For those who are keen as to why we use two linkshells should reference that others have met their demise from the membership cap due to inactive or dead members that have not returned since launch or wish to participate in other linkshells. Since our core group is held as Shinra Electric actual, the WRO gives us the winning advantage over those who compete against us. This is the best way to accept applications, meet and greet new players, identify chances to assist candidates one-on-one and offer permanent membership to players that we select as qualified candidates.
