Fixed things (that aren't in patch notes)Follow

I am noticing some things are getting better that aren't in the patch notes. If anyone else notices something, post it here!
Here's mine:
I noticed today that the lag on withdrawing an item from my retainer is gone. I instantly get my item in my inventory!
The retainer itself doesn't update that the item is gone for the usual long amount of time, but this is a step in the right direction!

I noticed while selling things today that the menus seemed to respond fractionally faster. Its still not completely instant, but not as unbearable either. This might be just me; I asked other linkshell people to confirm, and nobody spoke up who experienced the same.

Hmmm I noticed the exact thing that you mentioned even before the last update so.... Can't really say it's something new for me ;/
Could it be it's perhaps because of server being reset/not having as many people online as usual?

Oh, I was just saying that I noticed it today. I don't withdraw very often, maybe this was fixed last week.
This thread isn't really about this most recent patch, just in general things that seem fixed that weren't mentioned in *any* patch notes. (aka: Stealth Fixes)

Ninja Patches, SE is famous for them... luckily so far they don't seem to be of the nefarious type.

Keep in mind that the lag experienced when doing things like changing equipment or working with your inventory/retainer are based largely on server load which is in turn influenced largely by the number of other people standing around you. When I logged in right after maintenance things were incredibly smooth as I was one of the first people to put myself in a specific market ward, but I don't expect it to last after the servers have been up for a couple days again and there are 100 people loitering around town with their bazaars up.

I don't think there was any patch, I think this is what people are noticing. Also, server populations are continuing to dwindle. Last week on Selbina, during JP prime time there is still 3000 strong, but during NA prime time it was down to about 1400. All of this week, I saw that 1400 become 1100.

That's just you, and people leaving the game in droves -> less server load -> less lag.
SE is pretty innovative when it comes to patching ;).

The Cure spell cooldown timer is now showing. . .
I've had issues with it having an invisible cooldown
