Hey all,
I just reformatted my alienware m17 to clean up some stuff and ran the benchmark and got less than 400... updated all drivers and it only improved about 5 points. Any advice would be much appreciated!

doesnt really solve your problem any but..

have you logged in since the reformat and experienced any difference in quality/performance? i got really low benchmark scores myself and am able to play fine. seems that benchmark is sometimes a little biased, some machines that are generally accepted as being equal in terms of quality/performance occasionally get drastically different scores.

are you using a nvidia gpu? i dont know about the technical side of it but is it possible that the new drivers they released to help ffxiv performance are affecting benchmark scores? *shrug*

That's a laptop, right? You sure that you're running on the correct power settings (the GPU isn't being throttled for power conservation)?
