Paying for FF14Follow

Im in the US and SE only gives you two options for payment. I went with click and buy but apparently they are a german company so when they charged my visa debit card to verify my account, visa in turn charged me 3% because it was an international transaction. I will be damned if I have to shell out 3% on top of my subscription. Is their a way to pay your bill without this problem? How are you guys doing it?

The only way I can think of is to use paypal and just buy a bunch of crystals to use that to pay for the game.

I'm working overtime to afford the extra 36 cents a month personally.

ultimate gaming card... but you end up with left over points/crysta so you still end up paying more in a way... the difference is you get to keep the leftover points/crysta on your accounts so it is more of an inconvenience than a loss

I just used my CC through paypal and bought crysta. I wasn't charged any extra, I just bought $50 worth of crysta for me and my girlfriend. With the 2 free months we're now set until February with a bunch of spare crysta. Wow I used the word "crysta" 4 times in this little post.

-- Edit --

P.S. Everything I read about click and buy said they suck donkey @$$ (for lack of better term), so I just went with paypal.

I see no reason why they couldn't use the same Payment method as FFXI, no fine print, never need to pay ahead of time, and it's done automatically every month. Now, it's either crysta where you will always have more than you need, or Click and Buy which we know little to nothing about.

I went with Click and Buy as I didn't want anything to do with Crysta. Click and Buy was the last thing I used my card for, and the next day I go to the grocery store, all my stuff is bagged, in my cart, and I'm ready to pay, I swipe my card, put in my pin, Not approved. I try 2 more time thinking I missed the strip in the machine and failed both times. So I'm **** out of luck with no groceries as I don't carry Cash, and the ATM there wouldn't accept it either. So I call the bank and lo and behold, my Card was Red Flagged/blocked after the Click and Buy account setup. Had to get a completely new card because of it. I'll give it a second chance thinking it was a fluke, but if it happens again, I will switch to Crysta.. =/

Yeah...A lot of banks will automatically flag your card if they see international transaction then a national one. There system says, "hey this guy is making purchases in two countries really close together so something isnt right"...

They could have atleast told us this about click and buy and explain that the ulimatecard is basically paypal...Instead they say that click and buy and ultimate card are your choices..*Note: this does not include fees associated with ulitmate card.

That fee disclaimer is the reason i clicked on click and buy. It turns out there was no fee for ultimatecard because they used paypal
