I am currently experiencing no response from Square-Enix on an issue that I have been having, ever since the standard edition of the game launch of FFXIV, dealing with disconnections. Yes, I know that when you submit information to them, that sometimes, you get a message that reads "You may not receive a response". For the majority of my inquiries I have not had that message. Moving on: Have any of you received no response, or no valid resolutions to your issue, from their customer/technical support when asking question(s)?
This is not a complaint thread, but rather an inquiry if others have had good interactions or bad interactions with customer/technical support for FFXIV, owned by Square-Enix.
I may post data related to this later on.
