Our angle is to have our members specialize in the area they prefer. There’s no sense in doing other things you don’t enjoy, especially if your other linkshell mates are happy to do it. We focus more on the quality of a person and their efforts, rather then the quality of a player and what they have to offer. Yes you may be the most elite and highest rank douchebag, but you’re still a douchebag, and not welcome here.

Also our aim is to keep the linkshell personal; we’re building a close community where people actually care for the well-being of others. We don’t see the purpose in having a linkshell so large that many members go unnoticed and are strangers to each other. So the members we recruit are selective and roster slots are limited. Why be irrelevant in a large diluted organization, when you can be an important piece of something a bit more concentrated with quality?

We welcome all types of players, mostly badasses; but everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. We realize people can't stay plugged into the Eorzea matrix and learn Kung Fu in 10 seconds, nor can they learn every craft in an efficient manner. So as a team, we try to focus on our members' strengths to maximize productivity and negate any weaknesses.
