Forseable changes to Market CostFollow

Something I haven't read with this update is how it might/will change the cost of items in Eorzea.

So far costs have been (mostly) dependant on shard/crystal availablity and the cost of the same (with the exception of high rank synths and the ammount of people able to do them).

There is a few changes in the current update that I forsee will impact on these costs:

-Increase in shard/crystal drop rate.
-Decrease on shards/crystals needed per synth.
-Almalgamation of +1 into NQs and +2 into +3s.

With the inevitable flooding of Shards and Crystals into the market I think prices will now depend much more from quality and quantity of mats themselves than the shards/crystals.

As a meadium, low level Armourer which has't played the supply/demand part of the market I'm wondering how people things these changes might affect the market.

I've noticed also that a lot of guild rewards, a main source of income for many, are less than what they used to be. This might create a drop in prices also.

By the same token I've noticed far better non-cash rewards from the local leves, so crafters will have better sources of crystals and shards. I've gotten multiple crystals and in some cases over 30 shards for finishing leves.

Also worth bringing up is the thread talking about the recent crafting changes. NQ made easier, HQ is tougher with bold synthesis being nerfed in the amount of quality gained. Someone mentioned in that thread that these changes may raise the value in those +3 mats which makes sense for crafters wanting HQ results. Now it will be easier & quicker for more crafters to get to 31...lots of people available to make the same gear...lots of NQ gears for sale.

So...
Shard/Crystal sales settle down a bit(There will always be demand, but maybe more reasonably priced?)
NQ mats become less desirable and become reasonably priced
HQ mats become more desirable and more profitable
NQ gears become the norm and readily available, HQ gears more desirable and sought after(Somethin' that's always the case, but perhaps more so?)

Obviously people can do what they want regarding prices so those won't be any set rules by any means, but perhaps some possible trends. If things went that way it would make sense. Allowing crafters who are simply looking to grind and rankup the ability to do it a bit cheaper. Those looking to produce the highest quality final products would be benefited by springing for those +3 mats.

Edit
Also about the leveling changes, more incentive for some crafters to level DoW/DoM and do some farming for their own shards/crystals...

I agree with most of your points of view but just wanted to confirm something...

If I remember the update correctly, SE only stated that the +1 +2 mats would be taken off the drops only as such, I'm gessing that it is still possoble to get +1 and +2 results from synthing and gathering, will this be enought to maintain their use?
