Another weekend winds to a close and another thread to report on your goals!

I wrote:
Armorer 35 -> 36 and do rank 36 quest.
Farm buffalo hide and try to push LW closer to 30 (now 27).
Break up crystals into shards D:

Armorer to 35 and hit fatigue. I think my fatigue reset is Tuesday so I'm holding off until then for the final push.

Buffalo hide farming was a bust. I was fighting the wrong wolves and wound up with 6 hide after about 2.5 hours. Didn't feel like moving to the south forest to hunt around for the "right" wolves so I set it aside. I did manage to get GLA from 20 -> 21 in the process, though. Then I went bombing around Coerthas squishing squirrels and assaulting antelopes. Not a horrible place to grind at rank 21 if only because...nobody else is there.

Got alchemist 24 -> 25 busting up crystals. Then I busted up some more >.<

I did take time out and do the rank 33 nation mission. Things are definitely starting to get interesting from a story point of view.

Also made my first Cavalry Haubergeon and squeaked out my first rank 30 battlecraft leve with 3 seconds left on the clock XD

Now u!

Stuff to think about...

Pugilist from R33 - > R34 (Only about 6k away)
Leatherworker from R24 - > R25
Weaver from R19 - > R20
Alchemist from R0 - > R10

Blacksmith from R14 - > R15
Gladiator/Archer from R19 - > R20

Primaries (4):

* Pugilist = R34 (1/1) (Pounce is...ok)
* Leatherworker = 24.6 (1/2) (Meh.)
* Weaver = R20 (2/3) (R20 Weaver Quest go!)
* Alchemist = R10 (3/4) (Preserve is Awesome.)

Secondaries (2):

* Blacksmith = R15 (1/1) (Not bad...)
* Gladiator/Archer = R19 (1/2) (Bleh)

Achievements outside of weekend list:

* Blasted through a lot of leves with buddies (cough, Magnesium)
* Physical level from P41 - > P42
* Marauder from R18 - > R19
* Goldsmithing from R11 - > R12
* Armorer from R10 - > R11
* The accumulation of Guildmarks for:

- Leatherworker
- Blacksmith
- Goldsmith

Only two things I'm gunning for this weekend.

Leather 30 > 31
Gladiator 15 > 18

The SP gains above 20 are kind of bumming me out, so I'm going back and leveling some lower ranked jobs for the time being.

Alrighty, let's see what I got:

Leather 30 > 31: Success! Broke my knife while doing it though. ;;

Gladiator 15 > 18: Fail. I made it to 17 but LS decided it was leve party time basically all Sunday. On the upside I almost made PGL 30. Just need about 3k more SP.

Just need SP fix and I'll be good to go now.

Well I thought I would be too busy to play this weekend, but I managed to squeeze in some time to get THM to 22 and PUG to 13. I was surprised how much I actually was able to fit in.

Took Conj from 34 to 36 on Saturday. Got a new record of 60k SP in one day since the patch (not including shield SP). Leves/behests are definitely the way to go.

Linkshell leadership meeting
Possibly promote a few members to officer status
Conjurer 24 -> 26
Blacksmith 23 -> 25
Level 30 Leve's with 10 or so members in a fun party (which will help with the conjurer goal)

Well I did get my conjurer to 26 Smiley: nod
Leadership meeting went off, but holding off on the promotions to leadership for a week or two
No-go on the blacksmithing Smiley: rolleyes
Level 30 Leve's turned out to be 7 solid hours of partying with members of my LS with a maxed out party of 15 that we rotated members through to share in the fun and frolic Smiley: grin
(There was a ding for a member of that partly almost every 15 minutes of that bit o fun!)

Overall a success filled weekend!

I'd like 1-2 ranks in leather and a few in gold. I'd like 1 rank in PGL and maybe a PL... I onlt have like 4-5 hours this weekend though so we'll see.

Another week where I surpassed my goals...

Got my single rank in Leather, 3 on Gold (and I can easily repair everything but my main weapon now), Got 2 Physical, ranked Lancer up from 3-10, Ranked Thaumaturgy 0-8, and more or less had a really good time walking between camps and switching classes as I went, I only played Pugilist for 3 Leves and 4 Behests but I almost made it to 25.

I even had a fun week on the forums, with the help of a few others and figuring out how to link directly to Lodestone by hiding the link in the sig banner. I managed to not get myself defaulted once as well... I might be on to something ^.~

Here's the link for the sig thingy as well just in case so if any one asks we don't have to derail this thread.

When it comes to sitting around not doing anything for long periods of time, only being active for short windows, and marginal changes and sidegrades I'd say FFXI players were the perfect choice for politicians.
