Of course, it will probably be underwhelming because there's real death penalty; at it's best, raise just saves someone a few minutes of walking back to camp.
Where I'm camping sometimes that walk isn't exactly friendly (or one you make weakened).

It's really the only spell on the Conjurer chart that I don't have that I even care about, though. I'm about to get Burn 2, Frost 2, etc 2 - and I'm like "Well gee, I used Burn all of 1x so far. CANT WAIT FOR BURN 2!"
Maybe on those new (H)NM damage over time will become effect or viable, but DOT is silly. Even equipping Poisona or Paralyna is ridiculous right now. Those things last about as long as my recast timer (5 seconds) so who gives a crap.
I assume, in time, these spells may have uses - at bosses or harder creatures that don't die near-instantly. Right now, though, my entire spell list is lacking. I hardly even buff unless I'm doing 5-Star leves.
