Anyone manage to get a +1 of any of the Dream Attire set? If so, did you notice anything different?

It'll most likely simply have slightly higher defensive stats just like with any other +1 gear. I'd imagine +1s will be very rare, though, as SE made bold synthesis useless a couple patches ago and you can't really get high quality values any longer.

You never know.

Keep in mind that back in Final Fantasy XI, +1 versions of all the different novelty and event attires had quirky little effects and functions that you could take advantage of. If I recall, one of the +1 swimsuits allowed you to teleport to Purgonorgo Isle once every 5 days or so, the +1 Dream stuff gave you a status buff for eating milk and cookies, and so on and so forth.

So it isn't outside the realm of possibility that the +1 version of event gear in FFXIV goes the same direction.

True, however, in FFXI HQ gear in general often behaved quite differently. You actually had higher secondary stats and sometimes even different names IIRC.

I made a +1 Dream Tunic. It was the same as a regular tunic, except for a star to the same 3 stats as Drulian's boots.

I remember that a +1 version of one of the cotton tunics had extra embellishments on it. There was a little more decoration on the front and a metal emblem on the back.
