Where did the weekend go? I don't know. Do you know?

Even if you don't, you must know what you did this weekend. (Or do you? <.<) Do you even remember what you had planned to do, ya drunken *******?

Or not. Something. And stuff.

Summary go!

Leatherworking weekend for me. If I make any goals beyond that, nothing will get done :P

Yes, leatherworking. 27 -> 28, halfway to 29. Give or take. Farmed some wolves. They're stingy with buffalo hide. Not as stingy with wolf hide, so I made up some wolf leather thinking I could convert that to straps for mediocre but reasonable SP. Turns out the actually wolf hide -> leather synth was okay SP. Leather -> strap synth was bad. I did manage to sock away about 1700 buffalo leather straps for use when I do the 40 -> 50 stretch with armorer using up the buffalo hide that I had. Going to take a while to farm up the rest of the buffalo leather I need.

Miner 30 -> 31 from leves.

Alchemy 25 -> 26 breaking down shards and making dye from the scale bugs I got from quarrying while doing my leves.

You go nao!

Just working on secondary classes mostly I think. And maintaining my compulsion to have classes at even ranks

I dont think I did any of those :(

No wait, Mining got to 19. I got around 6K more SP on GLD grinding brass rings but spent most of the time on battle leves and behests. Got MRD 28 -> 30 1/2. Am thinking I will ditch battle leves this week as I find that the few hours I play on weeknights are either crafting and delivering local leves or doing DoL/battle leves.

Oh yeah, and a rather amusing abortive attempt at fighting Big Beastie aka Tarbh Uisge. Got my camera locked on a giant wrinkly rear, got stomped on for x2 max HP, died multiple times. Good fun!

Honestly, this weekend I have 0 goals. IF I can get to a story line or class quest that'd be cool, but it's not a definate goal for this weekend. My wifes been sick all week, so hopefully if she's feeling better my goal is to get her out of the house and take her to do something she wants to do instead of something we both settle on ^^ (and then next weekend I'll use that as a reason why should let me go on a 30+ hour binge of XIV)

I failed IRL as my wifes cold came back with a vengance... I did make an awesome chicken soup from scratch.

Gameswise I got PGL up to 26 and did the Story quest, meh it was ok but I really want something a little more than that.

I also got a few more ranks in leather, gold, and weaving so overall I'm quite happy with exceeding my expectations in game for the weekend.

If I somehow find a time portal and manage extra-playtime:
GLD30 with quest done.

THM29: Success
GLD29: Success
TAN29: Success
ALC25: Big fail

Time portal discovery: Failed

On the other hand, I got a few random levels that I had not planned, like Archer, Blacksmith, Carpenter and Weaver (mostly doing Coatees and the rest of the set, which sells like hot cakes.)

Now that I got myself a Bee Spatha for cheap, getting ALC to 26+ is a big priority. I also really need to get some ranks of armorer soon. I also put a high priority on getting THM to 30, BOT to 20 and GLD/TAN to 30.

This time around it's all weaver. Getting to the point where I need to repair my higher rank cloth gear, but also want to make all the cool new cloth stuffs, so:

Weaver 22 > 24

Just got 22 earlier today and was going for 23, but ugh I needed a break heh.

Looks like my "break" ended up being all weekend...

Stupid lobby server errors on Saturday kept me from playing that night. Sunday I had enough crafting and just had an urge to beat stuff up. So:

Gladiator 18 > 20

No idea how that even came about. Oh well.
Variety is the spice of life. Except on Dune, where it's worm poo.

Archer 23 ~> 26 was plan

If it wasn't for watching my football team (off topic) losing the game that they had wrapped up, would of made my goal. The seem to forget that there are 4 quarters in the game and don't bother playing during the 4th.

Still did decent with it.
23 ~> 25 and a quarter

+ Phy lv 39 > 40

Edit: Added Phy lv

I usually don't play during the weekends but I did log on for a bit last night:

Completed R20 Weaver guild quest (I like the Red Riding Hood/Cinderella thing)

Completed Fade to White and got my Companion (MrBigglesworth)

and 2k from dinging Carpenter 21.

...then I logged off to watch Robot Chicken Star Wars :D

First time I've logged on since October. Game's a lot more playable now. I actually enjoyed myself grinding Dodos. The chat system is actually way better now, and I talked to my LS-mates the entire time I was on. Still no one talking in towns, though. I'll be playing more regularly from now on.
