Rank range effect on SP questionFollow

Do players being out of range in a party affect the SP gained for all players negatively?

For (an extreme) example, let's say a group of R50s group with an R10, will the group's SP gain be lowered due to one player being out of rank range, or does it only affect it on an individual basis? (Ie. the R10 player will not gain any party bonus due to out of range, but still gain normal SP. R50 players gain party bonus for being in rank range, not counting the R10. SP gain for R50's isn't affected whether that R10 is in the PT or not).

Thanks

I'm pretty sure it's individual, but don't quote me on that.

It's indeed individual. +5 -10 is the range for party bonus and the SP for each member is calculated individually.
