Question about PCFollow

We just got this PC at my work and I was thinking about installing FFXIV. My question is do you think it could run it if I upgraded the graphics card, and if so what card would you suggest? thanks to anyone who is able to offer some advice.

Even with a new GPU that processor is going to be a massive choke point.

only probably i see is the GPU

i have a 2.7 dual core AMD and i run this game at standard 720p with a ATI 5770 GPU pretty smooth

lol upgrade that card and you'll be fine. my 2.5 ghz quad worked fine even in the early beta stages when it was laggy. Standard or below should work out for ya.

I know that processor prob is a duo core, but the game doesn't (or didn't) support multithreading, so it wasn't using 4 at the time.

maybe some more ram too :o
