If this were communist-style censorship you'd be dead. Let's not compare whining and complaining about a video game in forum posts to ***** or the extermination of millions of people. I'm sorry your opinions are not widely agreed with, but perhaps the fault lies with you and not with EVERYONE else.

the censorship on this site is actually very democratic, as it usually takes several rate downs to sub-default a post.

I even voted on this OP

Face it guy, you're not forum material. There's no rule against disagree with someone on a forum and as far as you go, people have been largely giving you the kid glove treatment because you just cry so **** much over nothing. So even when people are being relatively tame in response to you, the moment they disagree with you it's a snivel-fit meltdown and you're gonna report them and they're trolls and wtfsnausages. Most of your ideas are narrow minded and ridiculous. You see things only the way you want to see them and if anyone points you in another direction you have an emo meltdown, even if they did so without flaming or directly insulting you.

So you tried fitting in on the forums your way and failed. Seems like your options are to smarten up or GTFO. Choice is yours to make.

Someone needs a juice box and a nap.

Edit: Anyone see the oddness in complaining about the rate downs of his posts to the very same people that rate him down?

I see you didn't learn anything from your previous thread about admins rating you down. Sigh...oh well.

Also:

wtfsnausages

I'm totally saving that for future use. I have no idea when or where I can possibly use that, but I'll have it on hand.

Last time it was 800+ rate downs, I full expect it to be breaking the 1k mark now. >.>

I'm usually don't mean to troll 1 post socks, but seriously, this whining is not helping you. Just stop whining about rate down and you probably won't get rated down. The last ones I seen were really deserving of rate downs and are by other people. Its not just one or two people as said before, or the admins, its a general consensus now.

And now we know for sure that Cornyboob is younger than 13, because he hasn't even gone through the 8th-grade history courses on WWII.

Unless the **** communists censored it first...

Unspoken requirements to posting on any forum usually include either having 'thick skin' to deal with the flames or having sufficient reading comprehension levels and common sense to not get into those situations in the first place. So when you display examples of selective reading coupled with paranoia in a lot of your posts, you're basically digging your own hole. This applies to pretty much any forum really.

Look, I understand that the Good ol' God-blessed United States of America has been at war, both directly and indirectly, with ***** and various Communist groups, but that does not mean that Nazism and Communism is the same thing. Germany was at war with Russia, remember? Of course you don't.

It makes you sound foolish when you demonstrate no knowledge of the groups you use as insults, but it makes you sound even more foolish when you associate rate-downs on the Zam forums with either political group of recent-history, whether they be the totalitarian, assassin-type one, or the holocaust one.

I think the more interesting fact is that the servers could be located underneath Obama's chair in the Oval Office, and freedom of speech still wouldn't apply to a privately-run web forum.

People really need to learn their rights before they complain about not having them.

Seriously?! I mean....again?!

C'mon. Of all the days in the year to bish, and to make the comparison of a forum dedicated to a game to that of a political group that is responsible for the deaths of millions? Just because you appear (to me) in light grey?

Here's hoping Santa stuffs your stocking with some perspective this year.

I love all you historians picking apart his analogies.

Fact: Many communist revolutions did stifle free thinking to the point of killing educated people simply for being doctors or professors.

Fact: **** Germany did burn books.

Analogy misguided but not horrendously inaccurate.
Harp about something else, like his repeated attitude.

Edit:
Fact: Bears
Fact: Battlestar Galactica

Fact: Mass murder has no place in a forum about a game. Even if it's not universally enjoyed.

Fact: Feeding trolls tends to make them larger, extra-hairy, and more inclined to make dramatic comparisons.

Fact: No one has to harp on his/her/it's repeated attitude. Apparently the rating system suffices.

Edit: Fact: There is absolutely nothing to watch on tv in 10 minutes. And now I'm wanting to watch Starbuck.
Thanks a lot for that. :D

He made no mention of mass murder.

He mentioned censorship and book burning.
What modern analogies come to mind when I throw those two words at you?

Hmm. For me it's China (Communism) and **** book burning.
Probably the 2 most iconic.

He didn't say ZAM kills Jews and homosexuals like **** Germany.
Just burns books like them.

Stop trying to misconstrue words just to sound clever.

There: Now mass murder is on a video game forum. Hope you're happy.

Did he really have to? For most of the civilized world, "****" is synonymous with "Mass Murder".

Stop using words I have to look up the definitions to. And I couldn't manage "clever" with a scriptwriter, thanks.

It's just that there's nothing on tv, and I did my leves. :(

Yeah. Pretty bored myself. Obviously.

Need to get a few synths made by 35+ Blacksmith. Not enough godless Communists playing XIV to get it done so I'm just standing in Ul'dah twiddling my thumbs. Hoping for a Christmas miracle to come along and entertain me.

Watch out everyone!

Now you all are going to get angry PMs from cornyboob saying he's reported you all for karma camping against him!

(No seriously, he tried that against me. <_<)

Also, now that he hit unrated, does that mean we will never see him again? :s

I actually thought you and others were joking about the unrated thing. After all these years of lurking, I'd never seen it.

And then I scrolled up.

All I have to say is Happy Holidays. ^^

I've said it before and I'll say it again, people have the right to rate you down or up for whatever they want to. If your posts are helpful then people will take something away from it, regardless of the rating. Quit whining that people choose to rate you down for XXXX excuse or YYYY reason.
