Just wanted to send this info out to all. If you put an item or items on your retainer to have repaired and then fill your retainer to 100/100 your item can't be repaired due to the fact there is no place for the repaired item to go back into the inventory. I saw this at least three times today, wasted some mats. Might answer why your stuff is never repaired.

I have a question this post got me thinking. I do not craft much at all but i know alot of people who do. Do you get decent sp for repairing gear? If so would it not be a good idea to have someone put a bunch of items up for repair then fill their retianer inventory so you can just grind on the same repair over and over? Or is the sp gain so low that this would not work? I am just curious. Thought it might be a cheaper method of grinding than using alot of mats to make one item that then gets sold for very little money to NPC when repairs only cost 1 mat to do.

Is this just a crazy stupid thought?

^you get X sp for each X% you repair: 0% Condition = 100sp, 50% Condition = 50sp, 99% Condition = 1sp.

No, repairing doesn't give you a lot of SP. Only time I get even around 100 is if the item is 0-10% and at the top of my synth range.
No, you couldn't set bazaar full of repairs and then fill inventory for SP grinding. A full inventory fails the repair.
