(Tech Assistance) MSI's Nvidia Geforce 430 GT woes?Follow

Recently I decided to upgrade from my EVGA 9500 GT to an MSI GeForce 430 GT.(System specs can be found at the bottom of the post) I was dealing with the same video memory(1GB) and the same type of connection (PCI 2.0), so I found it a little odd that when updating to the newest drivers, the video card was crashing on several games and applications. Far Cry 2 was loading and crashing before even starting, same for modern warfare 2, GTA IV, and of course, Final Fantasy XIV. Even the benchmark crashes about fifteen seconds into the animation.

Now, I'm fully aware of the possibility of this being nothing more than a faulty card, but has anyone else been having trouble with the GeForce 430 GT or MSI cards?

{Core System Specs}
Asus M2N68-AM PLUS
550 Crucial power suppy
500 GB hard drive(200 Gigs free)
4 GB DDR2 PC6400 RAM
AMD Phenom X4 9850 (Quad, 2.5 ghz)

(Cards in question)
MSI GeForce GT 430 N430GT, 1 GB {New card, crashes frequently}
EVGA Geforce 9500 GT, 1 GB {Old card, never crashed}

Currently seeking active Melmond LS, even if it's just for conversation during game play.
