looking for a LW 29ishFollow

looking for a leatherworker lvl 29 or so, need buffalo leather straps ( no color) and if i wait till my LW is that high i wont need the mat for a lvl 9 body armor item.... cause i'll be much higher by that time. will pay well for what the item is, or better yet throw it on the market wards and i'll buy it from you! on a side note, itnt it stupid to have a lvl 29 mat for a lvl 9 item? the other mats are an average of lvl 11. SE could change that and i would not mind.
