Try placing an ability/spell, e.g. "cure" on the first slot where phantom dart is supposed to be and then select the slot where phantom dart is at and then replace it with "cure," their location should swapped.

Hope that helps.

Remove the ability you have in slot 1.
Re-equip your weapon.

How did he accidentally move it? I've been trying to deliberately move mine...

I've done it in the past too, but honestly have no idea how I did it. You don't really want to move it, it can be frustrating to get back.

1. Open up your action menu and it will show you all 3 lines of actions (this will help you locate all your actions currently equipped).

2. To move your action slot 1 equip an ability in a different slot to 1, this will automatically swap the 2 actions. For example if you have "Cure" in action slot 10 and move it to action slot 1 then "Phantom dart" will swap to action slot 10.

3. If you accidentally moved your action 1 slot then you could always equip it back to 1 then it should swap both automatically like the poster above said (if for some reason its not working open up you action menu to find out where "Phantom Dart" is then equip what ever is currently in action slot 1 to where phantom dart currently is).

For example in the paragraph 2. example to move phantom dart back to action slot 1: /eaction 10 "Cure", or /eation 1 "Phantom Dart" (whatever works)

It's a fairly simple thing to do when you hear it. Set an ability to where you want to move your base attack to. Then click on your base attack and try to set the ability you just set in it's spot. They will swap places.

It's a little disappointing that SE made something that should be so simple, completely unintuitive. This same problem goes with refill on archer.

Sweet - I've always wanted my 'free' attack in the middle and then move to either side with my control pad to cut down on the amount of back and forth.
