Sorry I usually enjoy these things but this was kind of pathetic.
The audio quality of the voiceovers was teamspeak quality. The music wasn't sync'd very well and even though it was a trailer I had no idea what was going on.
A studio microphone is about $200, or even a Logitech G35 has really nice audio quality. This sounded like $5 mics over teamspeak.
Should use Final Cut Pro or Avid for putting it together, seems like Windows Movie Maker.
It's all about presentation, it shouldn't FEEL like we're watching people play FFXIV with crappy voiceovers.
If it has good presentation, good writing, good voiceovers transitions, etc, you should stop noticing its FFXIV and become somewhat immersed in it, like in a play.
