Does anyone know what Titan Copperpiece/Mythrilpiece, etc are used for?

I've been hording these things because they look rare and important. I just saw someone bazaaring one for 2 million gil which seems ridiculous and I still have no clue what they are used for.

I think they are not used yet. But i would keep them if i were you.
Might be for stuff like the BCNMs or KSNMs in XI where you traded em in to get into fights with a chance on rare loot.

Save em. Especially since it's confirmed beast tribes will be introduced and instanced content.

Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking, for BCNMs or other currency for entry to burning circles, or even to purchase items or abilities at a later date.

I havent gotten to the point of finding beast coins, however until I know what something is for I tend to put it in with my retainers. Down the road it may save you a bunch of gil or farm time. You never know what they will add later down the line. Though my retainers are geting pretty full fast as it is.

Possibly in the future as currency for the services of the ladies in the Miners' guild.

Not that there's a recipe I'm aware of, but I just assumed they were the same as beastcoins from FFXI. Useless except for one thing, melting them down into their metal counterpart, like silver beastcoins to silver ingots.

I'm not sure if you can do the same here, but it couldn't hurt to try, taking several coins and trying to smelt them down.

Already been said, but yeah I store them like a squirrel since I believe they will have a greater purpose later.

I like your train of thought, but I believe you're thinking of the beastman seals.

In FFXI, beastcoins could be used by blacksmiths to make various ingots.

Example: four beastcoins and a fire crystal make a bronze ingot.
