No need for the language.

The patches do make the game better. Maybe not by leaps or bounds (sorry no jumping), but small steps, "just hang in there. The game will be better"

No need to make a topic about the same **** thing people have heard for months.

Also you're contradicting yourself there, first you say this game will be dead, but now you're saying the game is getting better. Thus if the game is getting better, it won't be dead.

Removing a thimble's worth of water at a time from a sinking ship really doesn't matter in the end. Yes, you're making some progress but against the gravity of the situation, it's not nearly enough. Way too little, far too late.

But maybe you reach shore before it ************ right, I just saved FFXIV.

Well, if FFXIV is the sinking ship....and in order to reach shore yu have to leave the sinking ship......hmmmm.....

Suddenly, Pirates!

I bet Johnny Depp could save the game.

Best part about this thread is the poll on the first page. Clinton > MJ.

I agree, Clinton vs. Jordan poll rocks! Clinton is still "winning"

A close second is the "dead look" the Producer and Director have on the Zam pic. They aren't good actors that's for sure. I guess there isn't anything to smile about really :-(

Hey anyone excited for Dragon Age 2, looks Like I will dust off the xbox.

I'm looking forward to this too. Curious, what have we seen about companies?

We know they will bring "danger facing Eorzea" quests, we know that it will bring public housing, crafting in groups, having your own ship, sailing it, pirate attacks; and I think that's all we know so far. That's based on a video that was launched around september or july of last year, who knows how far it's come now.

Yeah, that is what they said in September...so it must be true. I just can't wait to pick up my PS3 version this week as of what I was told back in September.

If only there was a sticky or something where people could post all their complaints that add nothing constructive in terms of how to improve the parts of the game that give them so much grief.

That's not what they said dude, that's what they showed us, as in a video of the stuff.

It would take too long. Just check the patch outlines, SE' numerous and profuse apologies, and use your own faculties to deduce how much work needs to be done. And trust me, the devs (all 3 or 4 of them) know what needs to be done, they simply lack the resources to do it quickly and thoroughly, hence the Yoshi-P ad campaign that followed Tanaka the sacrificial lamb's departure. That's why I uninstalled and am waiting until PS3 release. I'm having fun playing other games atm.

Wow, does the OP need a hug or what?

It's almost a shame to lock this. I hope he gets that hug.
